The WELCOME Adventure Pass is Liechtenstein's official guest card and is issued free of charge to overnight guests. With the pass, you can use public transport in Liechtenstein free of charge and receive a 20% discount on selected experiences.
You can purchase the ALL INCLUSIVE Adventure Pass for one, two or three days - regardless of whether you are an overnight guest or a day visitor to Liechtenstein. In addition to free use of public transport, you benefit from around 20 free experiences and additional attractive discounts.
The WELCOME Adventure Pass is Liechtenstein's official guest card. Overnight guests receive it free of charge from just one overnight stay. The digital guest card is available to children from the age of 6. Younger children use the services together with their parents.
If your host has your email address, you will receive a message three days before arrival with instructions to activate your digital guest card in the WELCOME app. We recommend that you activate it before you start your trip. This allows you to use public transport on the entire LIEmobil network free of charge from the first day of your trip.
If you do not activate the pass in advance, you will be sent another email the night before your arrival. This will contain the WELCOME Adventure Pass as a wallet file, as a MobileCard for your smartphone and as a PDF for printing (Print@Home).
You can use the WELCOME Adventure Pass in the following ways:
- directly in the WELCOME app (recommended version)
- as a wallet file
- as a MobileCard on the smartphone
- as a printed Print@Home ticket
With the WELCOME Adventure Pass you can use public transport in Liechtenstein free of charge - from the moment you arrive with the LIEmobil-buses from Sargans, Buchs (Switzerland) or Feldkirch (Austria) as well as during your entire stay in Liechtenstein. You will also receive 20% discount on many experiences, including admission to the Liechtenstein TreasureChamber, the Liechtenstein NationalMuseum, the Liechtenstein Art Museum, the Walser Museum and the Galina Falconry, a ride on the Citytrain, a ascent and descent with the cable cars in Malbun and the film "Princely Moments" in the old cinema.
Each offer you can once per stay use. You can use the LIEmobil network free of charge and without restrictions during your entire stay.
To redeem a benefit, simply show your ticket with the QR code either with the WELCOME app, as a MobileCard on the Smartphone, as a digital ticket in the wallet or as a printed print@Home ticket. Two days before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with invitation to activate the card in the WELCOME app.
You will receive access to the web-based app three days before your arrival in Liechtenstein (provided the host already knows your details at this point).
In the new WELCOME app you will find the QR code of your digital guest card - you can show this when redeeming the discounted services.
The app also gives you a good overview of all the benefits, sights and attractions in Liechtenstein. You can plan experiences individually, save favorites and find out about the current weather, nearby restaurants and much more.
The free guest card is issued voluntarily by accommodation providers in Liechtenstein. The majority of accommodation providers use this offer for their guests and issue the digital guest card. If you are unsure, please contact your accommodation directly in advance.
