Day 2: Eagle & minigolf
The next animal experience awaits on the second day: the bird of prey show at the Galina falconry in Malbun. However, before you experience a bird of prey up close, the mountain village of Malbun is explored in a playful way.
The second day begins with a selection of exciting activities in Malbun. In the morning, you can explore the Alpine Heart Trail , a themed trail that playfully imparts knowledge about the region's flora and fauna, combining exercise in nature with educational entertainment. Alternatively, the Alpine Minigolf in Malbun offers an entertaining way to relax and enjoy the alpine surroundings while playing a round of mini golf.
After a relaxing lunch break, another highlight awaits in Malbun: against the impressive backdrop of the Alps, majestic birds show off their impressive flying skills at the bird of prey show. In addition, experienced falconer Norman Vögeli provides exciting insights into the lives of these animals. This unique experience is the perfect end to a varied day and is guaranteed to remain in your memory.
Day 3: Discover Vaduz
On the third day, you will immerse yourself in the cultural diversity of Vaduz. This charming little town combines history, principality, and short distances—ideal for a varied family day out in the heart of Liechtenstein.
The day begins with a visit to the Liechtenstein Treasure Chamber. Sparkling crowns, exquisite jewelry, and special treasures from around the world will make children's eyes light up and leave adults truly amazed. Afterwards, the tour continues to the Liechtenstein National Museum. Here, children can playfully discover Liechtenstein's nature and wildlife, while history and customs are vividly conveyed.
After a leisurely lunch break in the town center, you can spend the afternoon at your own pace. If you want to discover Vaduz in a comfortable and entertaining way, hop on the Citytrain. As you chug leisurely through the capital, you will learn exciting facts about the principality and enjoy beautiful views. For active children, a selection of playgrounds offers a welcome change of pace.
Adventure stations
The team at Lama- und Alpakahof organizes numerous tours all year round in different regions and of different durations. The programs can also be arranged individually. On the longer tours (from half a day), the llamas carry provisions in their panniers.
Gänglesee in Steg is located at 1,300 m above sea level in the Liechtenstein Alps. The lake is a place of relaxation and a beautiful destination for families and nature lovers.
During the summer months, the mountain village of Malbun is transformed into one big minigolf course. A total of 18 courses with different levels of difficulty lead from the entrance to Malbun through the entire village.
