On the way from Malbun to Sassförkle and along the panoramic trail, geologist Daniel Miescher shows you how deeply the history of the earth has shaped the landscape of today. Whether rock types, terrain forms or natural hazards - each section tells you about the former Tethys Sea and its millions of years of history.
