Description

Anyone walking through Liechtenstein today is walking through a landscape that was once covered by the mighty Tethys Sea. Today's varied landscape consists of the remains of a sea that existed for more than 200 million years, was 1500 kilometers wide and up to several thousand meters deep. Come with us on a dive into the past. On this guided day excursion with geologist Daniel Miescher, you will immerse yourself in this fascinating past and discover impressive traces of the primeval sea and the supercontinent Pangaea.
