Description

Visitors can learn lots of interesting facts about the history of the Walser people, the history of the parish and the farming, logging and livestock farming that formed the basis of the population's livelihood. Rural and domestic life is impressively depicted. By presenting the peculiarities of the Walser people, the Walser Museum sets itself apart from other museums of local history.

The Walser house next door documents the living culture of the 19th century and provides a moving insight into the simplicity of living. Visits are only possible as part of a guided tour.

The multivision show provides 25 minutes of information about village life past and present with wonderful pictures, exciting texts and typical music.
