Description

The mountain restaurant's cuisine is based on the principles of slow food: fresh, seasonal ingredients, processed by hand without additives or flavor enhancers.

Every Friday there is a "Chef's Choice Surprise Menu". Each course is personally prepared by chef Claudio, with selected ingredients for a unique taste experience. A surprise menu of up to 10 courses that will enchant your senses and open up new worlds of taste.
