Located within the St. Elisabeth Monastery in Schaan, the Lisbeth Restaurant welcomes guests to a setting that combines tranquility, spaciousness, and culinary delight.

Chef and host Stephan Forsil combines delicate flavors, modern lightness, and artisanal precision in his Italian-Asian cuisine. He uses high-quality ingredients and fresh, select herbs straight from the monastery garden—clean, aromatic, and full of flavor.

In addition, we offer carefully selected wines, specialty coffees from a small roaster run by a friend, and the incomparable view of the Swiss Alpine panorama.
