Jürgen Gassner and Mirjam Müller are the fourth generation to run the restaurant.
Not only can you enjoy hearty and traditional regional fare such as the Triesenberg weeks, but also various culinary theme evenings such as sushi evenings or specialty weeks have a permanent place in the Edelweiss restaurant.
