The tasteful and completely newly furnished penthouse has a wonderful balcony with a view of the Rhine Valley, a living-dining area with cable TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (double bed) with adjoining bathroom (bath & shower) and separate toilet. There is also a sofa bed (pull-out) in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dining table, fridge with icemaker and a toaster.

The penthouse also offers free parking, laundry facilities, an office service and an information desk. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

There is a bus stop just a few steps away from the apartment. The center of Vaduz is just a few minutes' walk away. Various restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the penthouse. The Gams-Werdenberg golf club and the Bad Ragaz recreation center are about 15 minutes away by car. The ski resorts of Malbun, Pizol and Wildhaus can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car. The border to Switzerland and Austria is just a few minutes' drive away.
