Description

Vaduz, the capital and seat of the Prince of Liechtenstein, is different. While the cityscape of many European capitals is characterized by magnificent historical buildings, the capital of the Principality of Liechtenstein has an astonishingly modern and young appearance with striking buildings, majestically flanked by Vaduz Castle and St. Florin's Cathedral. Well-known architects such as Friedrich von Schmidt, Gustav Ritter von Neumann, Hans Hollein, Ricardo Porro and Hansjörg Göritz have left their mark here.
