Head chef Martin Weber and his team reinterpret Liechtenstein's culinary heritage - boldly, modernly and with dedication. Classics are deconstructed and local ingredients are combined in surprising ways. Each dish thus becomes a story that remains in the memory.

Martin Weber stands for a cuisine in which passion meets precision. Trained at the Brunnenstöcki restaurant, he honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Steirereck Wien, Schloss Mönchstein and Döllerer. For nine years, he left his mark on the Incantare in Heiden with two Michelin stars. Now he is bringing his signature style to Chapter Two - regionally rooted, internationally inspired.
