VADUZSOUNDZ 2026
Jovanotti
Lorenzo Cherubini, as Italian rapper and singer-songwriter Jovanotti is actually called, was born on September 27, 1966, in Rome. He took his first steps as a radio DJ on local stations before moving to Milan, where he continued to develop his skills throughout the 1980s. He began his career with rap and hip-hop, but mixed pop, rock, and world music on his later albums, constantly breaking new ground. In between, he worked as a VJ for MTV, wrote two books, and to this day remains politically active, campaigning for peace, Amnesty International, and other charitable causes.
Jovanotti is known for concert surprises, even in unusual locations: in the last seven years alone, he has performed in 66 arenas, on 38 beaches, at a horse racing track, on a plateau, in two clubs, and even in the desert. As Jovanotti announced yesterday, Friday, at a press conference at the Teatro della Cometa in Rome, he will go on a world tour in 2026, which will also take him to Australia, Congo, Morocco, and Nigeria. His new album, "L'arca di Lorè," will be released on November 20. In addition to a renowned festival in Switzerland, Jovanotti will perform exclusively in our part of the world on Friday, July 24, 2026, at VADUZSOUNDZ, for the second time since 1997 at the Little Big One in Liechtenstein.
Fritz Kalkbrenner
Fritz Kalkbrenner originally comes from the Berlin techno scene, where he developed a desire to produce music himself in order to create the perfect musical symbiosis alongside his singing. With his debut album "Here Today Gone Tomorrow," released in 2010, which combines house beats with his distinctive melancholic voice, he struck a chord with the zeitgeist. His subsequent albums and acclaimed tours in Europe and overseas have secured Fritz Kalkbrenner a permanent place among the world's most renowned electronic music acts. With numerous club and festival appearances throughout Germany and Europe, as well as a series of new releases, Fritz Kalkbrenner continues to set new standards. In 2025, he unveils a fresh and distinctive sound on the global house scene with his new single "Kick It With You" – the first of many to follow. With Fritz Kalkbrenner, VADUZSOUNDZ is breaking new ground: for the first time, the festival is presenting an electronic house evening with an international star DJ – we can't wait!
Sens Unik
Sens Unik had a lasting impact on the music scene of the 1990s and 2000s with their French rap and managed to cross the Röstigraben. With over 500,000 records sold, several gold awards, and numerous placements in the Swiss charts, they are one of the most successful hip-hop acts in the country. In 2010, the band decided to split up. Last year, they made a big comeback with the same members as in 2010: Just One, Deborah, Bio, MC Carlos, and new member Jiggy Jones. And so the motto for the VADUZSOUNDZ kick-off in 20206 is: "Jump tout le monde, Jump!"
EAZ:
As the opening act before Jovanotti on Friday, July 24, 2026, Zurich rapper EAZ will take the stage. EAZ has long been more than just an insider tip—he is one of the most influential voices in Swiss hip hop. With over 100 million streams on Spotify and YouTube, he shows that dialect hip-hop knows no boundaries. His success speaks for itself: Swiss Music Award in the Best Hit category, plus over 11 gold and 8 platinum awards. Hardly anyone else has had such a lasting impact on the scene in such a short time.
Stefanie Heinzmann:
Stefanie Heinzmann will also be stopping off in Vaduz on her "Circles" tour in 2026. The combination of her hits with funky beats, soulful ballads, and a unique live atmosphere promises an intense concert experience: a special musical journey full of energy and emotion. With her distinctive voice, she has had an impressive career, evolving from an impulsive soul singer to a modern pop artist.
Lo & Leduc:
The duo "Lo" Häberli and Luc "Leduc" Oggier are among the most successful acts in Switzerland. Since their breakthrough with 079, they have been shaping the Swiss music scene with their creative sound and eloquent lyrics. The Bernese duo is known for its rousing dialect music, clever lyrics, and an unmistakable mix of pop and hip-hop. Their live shows are full of energy, humor, and emotion. In spring 2026, after almost four years, they will finally release another album, "KRISE ALS CHANSON."
crimer
With his unmistakable style combining new wave and danceable pop punk, as well as his distinctive vocals, the self-proclaimed "nation's middle parting" proves that he is constantly expanding his artistic range – while still remaining true to CRIMER: retro charm with a wink.
The Lamperts
Liechtenstein cult band: With their mix of neo-bluegrass, southern folk rock, Afro-soul blues, and ragga country, The Lamperts will provide pure entertainment and fun at the end of VADUZSOUNDZ 2026.
