Dementia: Information afternoon in Schaan

The offer is aimed at relatives who would like to spend time in a relaxed atmosphere with or without "their" person with dementia. Drink a coffee, eat a piece of cake, browse through a (specialist) book, have an interesting conversation or just be there. There is always at least one specialist on site. Participants receive first-hand information and/or exchange ideas with other relatives. They decide for themselves what is good for them at the moment. It is possible to drop in if: There is concern about a relative who is thought to possibly have dementia. The family doctor has made a suspected diagnosis and referred them to the Memory Clinic. After the diagnosis (e.g. in a memory clinic), support in organizing everyday life for the person concerned is desired. Feelings of exhaustion, resignation, anger or sadness as a caregiver or family member. You would like personal advice on topics such as care, nursing or help with dementia. There is simply a need to talk. The team is looking forward to your visit.
