What options are there and where can you make your own decisions?

Ali Mahlodji is an inspiring entrepreneur, bridge-builder, source of inspiration, and guide who is dedicated to shaping the future of work, education, and social change around the world. He provides guidance to young people, clarity to leaders, and helps people follow their inner calling.

Born in Tehran in 1981, Ali Mahlodji came to Austria as a refugee child. He grew up in an asylum shelter there. His life’s journey was anything but straightforward—he dropped out of school and worked in over 40 different jobs before finding his own path.

After holding management positions at an international corporation, he turned his back on a traditional career path, became a teacher, and eventually founded whatchado, Europe’s leading career guidance platform. His goal: to inspire young people to discover their own strengths and show them that everyone’s life path is unique.
